The farmhouse (sleeps 13 1) is located in a panoramic position south of Siena in the heart of Val d'Orcia, a few miles from popular locations such as Pienza, Montalcino and San Quirico d'Orcia. Ideal for those wishing to relax surrounded by the colors and sounds of the lush Tuscan countryside, the farm is also an `excellent base for visiting Siena, Arezzo, Volterra, Cortona and San Gimignano or spend some time at sea. Easily accessible by car are also the spas of Chianciano Terme and Rapolano. The building is surrounded by a garden, where there is also a private swimming pool (4.30 m x9), which offers magnificent views of the surrounding countryside and which also appears in the distance the outline of Mount Amiata. The villa (12 4 beds) is located near Roccastrada, Massa Marittima and Roccatederighi, in the province of Grosseto, in Maremma and Val d'Orcia. Set in panoramic location, the villa overlooks the valley of Monteleone and the magnificent Tuscan countryside.

The villa has a private swimming pool and barbecue facilities.

The building (6 double rooms, 2 with sofa bed double bed and 3 bathrooms) is divided into two apartments with independent entrance and equipped with every comfort (TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, dryer and iron board). Apartment 1 (8 2 beds) is located on the ground floor and consists of kitchen, large living room with working stone fireplace, 4 double rooms (possibility of adding a third single bed in two rooms) and 2 bathrooms. The veranda overlooks the pool.

Apartment 2 (4 2 beds) is on the first floor and consists of kitchen, living room with fireplace and sofa bed, dining room, 1 double, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom. `The large balcony overlooks the beautiful valley of Monteleone.

The farmhouse (6 rooms 1 single sofa bed and 7 bathrooms) is divided into five apartments, each comprising kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, for a total of 5 double rooms and 1 triple room with double bed and single, and 1 or 2 bathrooms with shower. One apartment is accessible to disabled people and also has a sofa bed. The apartment in Cypress is the common room, with dishwasher and large refrigerator.
